With a firm belief in service, integrity, and accountability, Ricardo has been instrumental in building Knight Security into a trusted name in the industry.
Ricardo began his career in the security field as a Security Guard in Maryland, gaining first hand experience and deep insight into the challenges and responsibilities of frontline security work.
In addition to his role at Knight Security Services, Ricardo also serves as the License Holder for the company's sister organization, Knight Protection Services 652690-GP, based in North Carolina. His multi-state licensure and regulatory expertise ensure that both companies operate at the highest standards of legal and ethical compliance.
Ricardo's journey from field operations to executive leadership is a reflection of his dedication to excellence, team development, and delivering reliable security solutions to clients across the region.
Bruno Santana | Director of Sales

Cross-trained as a Security Officer, Bruno has firsthand knowledge of the security industry, which allows him to understand client needs from both an operational and strategic perspective.

Ali brings over a decade of hands-on experience in the security and private investigation industry, having launched his career in 2009. His extensive background spans various aspects of the field, including surveillance, risk assessment, team management, and incident response.
He is certified as an Armed Security Officer in the Commonwealth of Virginia and holds qualifications in Maryland as both a Security Guard and a licensed Private Detective. These credentials reflect his deep knowledge of regional security standards and his ability to lead teams in compliance with state regulations.
Nicholas Wells | Patrol Officer
Nicholas proudly serves in the U.S. Army Reserve as a 12B Combat Engineer, where he exemplifies discipline, leadership, and an unwavering commitment to mission success. His military experience reflects a high level of tactical expertise and operational readiness.
As a Combat Engineer, Nicholas is extensively trained in breaching and clearing techniques, close-quarters battle (CQB), and the detection and neutralization of improvised explosive devices (IEDs). He is fully qualified on a wide array of weapon systems, including the M4 carbine, M249 SAW, M240B, .50 caliber machine gun, and the MK19 automatic grenade launcher.
His role demands precision, mental resilience, and adaptability qualities that Nicholas brings to every task, both in service and in civilian life. With a strong sense of duty and a mission-first mindset, he continues to be a vital asset to our team.
